The course was developed in collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, with support from the Siemens Integrity Initiative and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD). It is designed to support the practical implementation of integrity principles in companies’ day-to-day operations.
The programme is available as a self-paced online course and is delivered through interactive modules based on real-life cases and ethical dilemmas faced by employees in the private sector.
The course consists of nine thematic sessions covering key areas of anti-corruption compliance, including:
- gifts and hospitality;
- conflicts of interest;
- facilitation payments;
- third-party due diligence;
- social investments;
- cartel conduct and bid rigging;
- whistleblower protection.
Particular emphasis is placed on developing a systematic approach to corruption risk management and on embedding effective compliance tools across the organization.
The course is free of charge and can be used by companies as a foundational training tool for employees and business partners, helping to promote consistent standards of ethical conduct regardless of the size of the organization.
The course is available in multiple languages. To enroll, users are required to register on the UN Global Compact platform. The total duration of the course is approximately 2.5 hours, and a certificate is awarded upon completion.
